How Investments Work
Customers start investing with a minimum initial deposit of ₹100 and can make subsequent installment deposits. Gold accumulation is calculated based on the live gold rate at the time of each payment.
Discontinuation and Early Closure
Early-closure rules vary by scheme. Whether a scheme can be closed before maturity, any lock-in period that must pass first, and how the maturity bonus is adjusted on early exit are all defined per scheme. These terms are shown on each scheme's page in our app and website under Scheme Terms. Please review a scheme's terms before joining. Some schemes may not permit early closure at all, or only after a specified lock-in period.
Where a scheme permits early closure, a customer who decides not to continue may request closure or discontinuation of their scheme account subject to that scheme's published terms:
- Request Submission: Submit a formal cancellation or closure request via our in-store counter or support portal.
- Valuation and Liquidation: Accumulated gold weight, subject to the applicable scheme rules for bonuses or early-exit percentages, is evaluated against the gold rate at the time of processing.
- Deductions and Forfeiture: Early-closure terms and benefit deductions are applied according to the published terms for that scheme.
Refund and Settlement Timelines
Once an early-closure or refund request is verified and approved by our administrative team, the final liquidated amount or physical 22K gold equivalent is processed.

Our services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms (such as payment gateways like Razorpay). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Scheme Settlement, Pre-Closure & Discontinuation Policy
If a customer discontinues or chooses to pre-close their savings scheme account prior to the completion of the tenure, cash refunds are strictly not provided.
All pre-closure and discontinuation settlements are fulfilled exclusively through physical 22K 916 hallmarked gold ornaments or equivalent jewelry value as per our established scheme terms, ensuring full compliance with our physical jewellery advance model.
- Lock-in Period: A mandatory lock-in period applies from the date of account opening as defined in the specific scheme rules (e.g., 90 days). Early closure requests cannot be processed during this initial lock-in window.
- Request Submission: After the lock-in period elapses, the customer may submit a formal pre-closure request directly at our retail showroom counter or support portal.
- Deductions, Charges & Bonus Forfeiture: Pre-closures and cancellations are governed strictly according to our published scheme rules and policies. Depending on the timing of the pre-closure (such as early exit terms), earned bonus benefits may be fully forfeited, reduced per tiers, or adjusted, alongside any applicable handling or making charges defined in the scheme framework.
